Over 550 illegal Bangladeshi immigrants detained in Ahmedabad and Surat

The latest raid in Ahmedabad was conducted based on intelligence reports showing a large number of undocumented immigrants in the Chandola region. Singhal noted that 457 people were detained during a combing operation early morning, and deportation proceedings will follow after interrogation.
