HDB Financial IPO: 10% Issue Reserved For HDFC Bank Shareholders;

HDB Financial Services Ltd, the non-banking financial arm of HDFC Bank, has announced that its initial public offering (IPO) will be opened on June 25 and will be concluded on June 27. The price band of the IPO has been fixed at Rs 700-740 per share.
