India must respond holistically to Pahalgam attack, says former Army
Atleast 26 people have been killed in a terrorist attack targeted at tourists in Jammu And Kashmir’s Pahalgam. The attack took place at Baisaran Valley, a popular tourist hotspot known as “Mini Switzerland.” Suspected terrorists opened fire killing 26 people. This marks the deadliest terrorist attack in India on civilians since the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. The Resistance Front an offshoot of terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba has claimed responsibility for the attacks. Security agencies have released sketches of the suspects and a manhunt is underway.
