A bench of Chief Justice of India (CJI) Sanjiv Khanna and Justice Dipankar Datta was hearing a plea by NGO Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) which alleged that the EC’s EVM verification procedure was not in accordance with an April 2024 Supreme Court order.
