Cash row: Justice Yashwant Varma moves SC challenging in-house panel

The May 8 recommendation by then CJI Sanjiv Khanna urged Parliament to initiate impeachment against Justice Varma. The plea came just three days ahead of the Monsoon Session of Parliament as the government is planning to move an impeachment motion against Justice Varma.
