Supreme Court orders CBI probe into alleged ‘builder-bank nexus’ across

A bench comprising Justices Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh directed the CBI to register seven preliminary enquiries (PEs) and establish a special investigation team (SIT) to examine the alleged nexus between the builders and banks.
