Mehul Choksi’s plea against arrest adjourned by Belgian court

Mehul Choksi was taken into custody in Antwerp on April 12 following a request from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED). In his latest legal move, Choksi submitted a second plea arguing that his arrest violated proper legal procedures and fundamental rights.
