Delhi High Court rejects BSNL’s appeal against ₹43

The dispute stemmed from a 2016 tender issued by BSNL for the installation of a 2G GSM network in remote villages of Arunachal Pradesh and Assam, as part of a project funded by the Universal Services Obligation Fund (USOF).
