Alkem Laboratories’ Executive Director, Sarvesh Singh, has purchased a ₹174 crore sea-facing duplex in Bandra’s Supreme ArtHouse by Supreme Universal. Spanning over 12,000 sq. ft., the ultra-luxury residence sets a new benchmark in Bandra real estate, with panoramic Arabian Sea views and premium features across two entire floors. Supreme Universal claims this to be the largest sea-facing apartment transactions in Bandra in the recent past.
