Authum Investment picks up 61% stake in Katra Phytochem, 15%

Under the agreement, Authum will acquire 27,00,000 equity shares and subscribe to an additional 1,15,00,000 equity shares of KPPL at ₹171.50 per share, resulting in a controlling 60.95% stake in the nutraceutical company. Shares of Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd ended at ₹2,642.85, down by ₹25.95, or 0.97%, on the BSE.
