Karnataka HC quashes FIR against Infosys co-founder Kris Gopalakrishnan, calls

The case stems from a private complaint filed by Durgappa, who was dismissed in 2014 following an internal inquiry into allegations of sexual harassment. Durgappa alleged that he has been falsely implicated in a honey trap case and subsequently faced casteist abuse and threats.
