The company’s Debenture Issue and Allotment Committee cleared the issuance of 12,500 rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, and taxable NCDs, each with a face value of ₹1,00,000. Shares of Muthoot Capital Services Ltd ended at ₹338.00, up by ₹8.05, or 2.44%, on the BSE.
