NRAI warns of legal action against food aggregators over private

Amid the ongoing tussle with food aggregators over 10-minute food delivery and private labelling, NRAI President, founder & CEO of Wow! Momo Foods Sagar Daryani has warned that smaller restaurants are at risk of shutting down. He also slammed the misuse of customer data, and said if dialogues fail, the industry is ready to take the legal route. Meanwhile, NRAI’s Zorawar Kalra confirmed that they are in advanced talks with Rapido as an alternative to ONDC, even as integration with the government-backed platform slowed amid top-level exits.
