Nutella maker Ferrero plans to buy century-old cereal maker WK

Italian confectioner Ferrero, maker of Nutella and Kinder, is acquiring WK Kellogg for $3.1 billion, including Kellogg’s cereal brands. The deal is set to close later this year.
