Third Wave Coffee eyes profitability in FY26, bets on innovation

Third Wave Coffee is targeting company-level profitability in FY26, with a focus on innovation, affordability, and measured expansion. “Our focus and aspiration is to become profitable at the company level this financial year,” said Co-Founder Anirudh Sharma. The brand, which operates 165 stores across 12 cities, recently launched a bubble tea line called Bobbles to appeal to Gen Z consumers. Nearly 90% of its stores are already EBITDA-positive, and it is eyeing 35–40% revenue growth in FY26.
