Delhi HC allows J&K MP Engineer Rashid to attend Parliament

The court said MP Engineer Rashid would be taken to Parliament under police escort on each day between March 26 and April 4. He will return to jail after the conclusion of the day’s proceedings during the ongoing session, the court added.
