Narayana Hrudayalaya signs agreement to manage 100-bed Mission of Mercy

Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd on Monday said it has entered into an Operation and Management Agreement to exclusively operate, manage, direct and control the 100-bed Mission of Mercy Hospital & Research Centre in Kolkata. The hospital has an aggregate area of approximately 63,240.37 square feet, with commercial operations expected to commence after satisfaction of certain conditions precedent, which may take up to 12 months from the agreement date.
