Samvat 2081 begins on bullish note as Sensex, Nifty witness

Indian markets start Samvat 2081 on a positive note, up 0.42% and 0.41% respectively for Sensex and Nifty. Small and mid-caps also gain. Experts optimistic about market recovery by mid-November.
