Tariffs still a drag even as US trade tone softens:

Drew Pettit, Director of US Equity Strategy and ETF Analysis & Strategy Research at Citi, said the firm has cut its view on US stocks to neutral, as overall support from factors like GDP growth and earnings upgrades is weakening, even though some top US companies still look strong.
