Tech Mahindra Q4 Results: Constant currency revenue growth misses expectations;

Tech Mahindra recommended a final dividend of ₹30 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The final dividend is in addition to the interim dividend of ₹15 per equity share announced in November 2024. The total dividend for FY25 will be ₹45 per equity share on par value of ₹5 each i.e. 900%.
