After many delays, Centre notifies cashless treatment scheme for road

Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari had in January announced that the government would come up with a modified scheme for road accident victims under which they will be entitled to a cashless treatment of a maximum amount of ₹1.5 lakh per accident per person.
